Raimond is coaching on SheCanAI, a year-long programme across Estonia and Latvia

SheCanAI runs from August 2026 to August 2027, organised by Smartwork Academy and Riga TechGirls and funded through the Interreg Central Baltic Programme. It is open to women living in Estonia or Latvia, and it is free to participants. Raimond is taking part as a coach.

What the programme covers

The curriculum runs to roughly 300 learning hours across the year, combining flexible online modules with live webinars, workshops, hands-on assignments and mentoring. It moves from AI fundamentals and how language models behave, through practical work in tools like ChatGPT and Claude, prompt engineering and workflow automation, into applications across HR, marketing and finance, and finishes on ethics and responsible use.

Every participant completes a real implementation project. That is the part that matters: the difference between having studied AI and being able to put it into a workplace is a finished piece of work someone can point at.

Why we said yes

The framing of the programme is unusually honest. It is aimed squarely at people in roles that automation is likely to reshape, and rather than reassuring them, it retrains them into the work of doing the implementing. That is the same argument we make to companies: the useful response to AI is to move people towards the part of the job it cannot do.
